Last updated: June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the institutional website and the Safety Culture Diagnosis ("DCS") platform, owned by Safety UP (CNPJ 35.064.250/0001-70). By accessing or using the website, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the website.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
Using this website and requesting a quote implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as of our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These documents complement one another and should be read together.
2. Purpose
The DCS is a platform that automates the safety culture diagnosis methodology developed by Andreza Araújo, assessing elements of organizational culture through data-collection instruments and classifying maturity within recognized frameworks. This institutional website presents the service and allows quote requests.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully, providing true, current and complete information in the forms. The following are prohibited: (a) using the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes; (b) attempting to access restricted areas, systems or data without authorization; (c) introducing malicious code; (d) reverse engineering; or (e) overloading the infrastructure through abusive automated requests.
4. Registration and platform access
Access to the DCS operational platform is restricted to authorized users (consultants, approvers and other roles defined contractually). Credentials are personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for safeguarding them and for all activity carried out with them.
5. Intellectual property
The safety culture diagnosis methodology, the DCS brand, the texts, images, layout, code and other content of this website and platform are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Andreza Araújo or her licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Quote requests
Submitting the quote form constitutes a mere expression of interest and creates no obligation to contract for either party. The commercial conditions, scope, timelines and prices of the service will be defined in a specific proposal and agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or unavailability arising from factors beyond our reasonable control.
8. Links to third-party sites
This website may contain links to third-party sites (such as Andreza Araújo's institutional website and shop, and social networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites, which have their own terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website after changes implies agreement with the revised version.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the controller's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, except where consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
